have been involved in many forms of art and design since I was a child.
I began drawing as soon as I could hold a crayon. I began sewing for my
Barbies when I was 7. Spending many hours of my childhood in our home darkroom
fostered my love of photography which still exists today. College brought
more art into my life with a Design Major. Working part time through college,
I taught art to children at the YM/YWCA. I absoluely adore teaching as well
as writing, bringing me to my latest collaboration with Jon Copeland and
his SeloJ Ezine. I have done articles and tutorials as well as the photography
and graphics which you can see on these pages. In my twenties up until the
present, extra art classes in night school were always on my schedule. I
learned stained glass, woodworking, macrame, rubber stamping (being published
many times), landscape design, and many other art forms. Always continuing
my sewing, making clothes for my daughter, as well as costumes for her school
productions. Recently, I found my girlhood dolls and began once again sewing
for dolls. Which brings us to this page. I enjoy creating, in many ways
in addition to sewing so you will find many different items here. Taking
advantage of all the skills I have learned over the years,
I have brought them all together.....
